Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (Filipino: Bagyong Kristine), known internationally as Severe Tropical Storm Trami, is a large but weak tropical cyclone that impacted Luzon, mostly Northern and Central Luzon during the later part of October 2024.
It's international name, Trami was contributed by Vietnam and refers to a tree in the rose family, while it's local name of Kristine was used for the second time, with it's first use being in 2020.

On the late hours of October 22, 2024, Jeff Canoy and Ariel Rojas anchored a special edition of TV Patrol Express as the said storm was approaching the country, after Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal #1 was raised in Metro Manila, which was aired exclusively on online platforms with the anchors being live via Zoom instead. The coverage for the storm continued on October 23, 2024, anchored by Canoy and Pia Gutierrez. On October 24, 2024, TV Patrol Express aired two special editions of it's special coverage of Severe Tropical Storm Kristine, one at 7:00 AM, anchored by Canoy and ANC Rundown anchor Bettina Magsaysay, marking the first time the show aired on ANC since it temporarily utilized the timeslot of ANC Rundown. The coverage continued later at 4:30 PM, anchored by Canoy and Victoria Tulad. During these periods, TV Patrol Express aired longer on online platforms, though still ended at 5:45 PM on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, Jeepney TV and ALLTV. The special coverages had also portions of it simulcast on ANC.
On October 23-25, 2024, DWPM Radyo 630 and TeleRadyo Serbisyo aired a special coverage of the storm titled Hagupit ni Bagyong Kristine: Radyo 630 and TeleRadyo Serbisyo Special Coverage.
On October 25, 2024, a day after heavy rains and strong winds lashed Metro Manila from the tail of the storm, a fundraising special, titled Tulong-Tulong Hanggang Dulo: Operation Kristine was aired.
