Julius Caesar Concepcion Babao is a Filipino broadcast journalist and radio commentator. He is most notable for anchoring TV Patrol from April 2003 to November 2010, Bandila from November 2010 to its cancellation and Frontline Pilipinas from February 7, 2022 to the present.

- November - Along with Karen Davila, transferred from TV Patrol to Bandila.
2021[]
- December 31 - His final appearance on the network was a relief anchor appearance on TV Patrol.
2022[]
- February 2 - He signed an exclusive contract with TV5 after leaving ABS-CBN a month prior after 28 years.
- February 7 - His TV5 debut with Frontline Pilipinas. Coincidentally it was also Cheryl Cosim's birthday.
