Isyu Spotted premiered on July 17, 2023 on DWPM Radyo 630, TeleRadyo Serbisyo and Prime TV airing on the timeslot 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
On December 2023, its timeslot was changed to 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm to give way to ATM: Anong Take Mo.
On May 27, 2024, Isyu Spotted debuted on Prime TV, a digital free TV channel owned and operated by Prime Media Holdings thru Philippine Collective Media Corporation featuring the simulcast of TeleRadyo Serbisyo programs via BEAM TV's subchannel.
On July 1, 2024, coinciding with the stations first anniversary on the previous day, its timeslot was changed to 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm replacing Pasada (which the program was renamed to BaliTapatan).
On January 3, 2025, Isyu Spotted had its final broadcast on DWPM Radyo 630 and PRTV Prime Media to give way to Arangkada Balita on January 6, 2025, however, its broadcast still continue on TeleRadyo Serbisyo.
The program had its final broadcast on TeleRadyo Serbisyo on May 29, 2025 as it reverted back to its predecessor, DZMM TeleRadyo on the same day. It began airing on the station on May 30, 2025.
