Gising Pilipinas premiered on DZMM and DZMM TeleRadyo on 2007 and was anchored by Alvin Elchico and Cheryl Cosim. On 2020, the program aired its final broadcast.
Second iteration via DWPM[]
On June 30, 2023, the program returned via DWPM Radyo 630 and TeleRadyo Serbisyo and is anchored by Alvin Elchico and Doris Bigornia airing on the timeslot 6:00 am to 7:30 am. On September 2024, its timeslot was changed to 6:00 am to 7:00 am to make way for the newly 1 hour airing of TeleRadyo Serbisyo Balita. Its timeslot was again changed to 6:00 am to 7:00 am with the continuation on 7:30 am to 8:00 am.
The program had its final broadcast on TeleRadyo Serbisyo on May 29, 2025 as it reverted back to its predecessor, DZMM TeleRadyo on the same day. It began airing on the station on May 30, 2025.
