DXRR, known on-air as MOR 101.1 Davao, was the station of My Only Radio network owned by ABS-CBN.

History[]

X101 (1980s-1992)[]

The station was inaugurated on 1980s under the ownership of Trans-Radio Broadcasting Corporation of Emilio Tuason, the original owner of Manila-based 99.5 RT. As Y101 adapted 99.5 RT's format and iconic slogan "The Rhythm of the City", X101 adopted also.

Radio Romance (1992-1995)[]

The station was taken over by ABS-CBN on January 25, 1992, as a result, it became a relay station of over Radio Romance in Manila.

ABS-CBN Star Radio (1995-1997)[]

On February 16, 1995, the station was launched as Star Radio 101.1 with a mass-based format.

ABS-CBN Radio (1997-2001)[]

In 1997, following the formation of the Regional Network Group (RNG), it was rebranded as ABS-CBN Radio 101.1.

MOR My Only Radio (2001-2020)[]

On July 14, 2001, as part of rebranding ABS-CBN's RNG FM stations coinciding with the Cagayan de Oro station's 8th Anniversary, the station rebranded as MOR 101.1 For Life!. Since then, it became among the top radio station in the city. On May 5, 2020, the station, along with the other My Only Radio stations, went off the air due to the cease and desist order of the National Telecommunications Commission after ABS-CBN's franchise expired on May 4, 2020.[1] It currently operates as an online platform via MOR Entertainment.

Frequency[]

On March 21, 2023, its frequency 101.1 MHz was awarded to Berean Bible Baptist Church and launched as Anchor Radio.
