ABS-CBN Regional Network Group (RNG; commonly known as ABS-CBN Regional) was the regional network division of ABS-CBN Corporation. It broadcast programs mostly from ABS-CBN's flagship station (DWWX-TV) in most of its provinces and rural areas. Cebu, Bacolod and Davao's local stations were firstly reopened in 1988 after the network's hibernation due to Martial law on September 21, 1972, aside from Manila's flagship station, which reopened after the People Power Revolution in September 1986. It was later expanded as it launched more stations across Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao in the 1990s and 2000s. ABS-CBN Regional became one of the most popular television and radio companies in the country based on Kantar Ratings.

The local stations also produced their own newscasts which aired prior to TV Patrol in weekday afternoons, and other local programming which aired on Sundays. The launch of the local game show Kapamilya, Mas Winner Ka! across Visayas and Mindanao, Bagong Morning Kapamilya in North Luzon (Baguio and Dagupan), the 17th local TV Patrol in Southern Tagalog (Region IV-A) in 2009, and the 18th local TV Patrol in Palawan (IV-B; the network had an affiliate station) in 2011, provided more relevance to regional audiences.

On April 15, 2011, RNG launched "Choose Philippines", a new website aimed to promote tourism in the Philippines by sharing photos and stories of the most extravagant places, culture, and arts of the Philippine islands.

ABS-CBN Regional ceased its operations with 12 TV Patrol's regional newscasts and 10 morning shows ended their broadcast on August 28, 2020, after almost 32 years following the denial of its legislative franchise on July 10, 2020. Despite this, the regional news bureaus remain open as of 2024.
