In 2003, ABS-CBN celebrated its 50th anniversary on Philippine television.

In August, the network held its Kapamilya Homecoming, which gathered over 4,000 former employees and talents for a grand reunion at ABS-CBN’s compound in Bohol Avenue, Quezon City.
On October 17, a grand event titled "ABS-CBN at 50" was held at the PICC Plenary Hall in Pasay City.
